The UK based manufacturer are a nationally recognised leader in their specialist market, going through an exciting period of period of growth, developing bespoke equipment for a range of clients. Due to their continued success, they are looking to increase the head count in their engineering team.

Within this varied role, you will play a key role in all production improvement processes including cost reduction, lean improvement and quality control of NPI projects. Any candidates with production engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* Process and quality improvements to manufacturing processes
* Monday - Friday, 38 hour week

* Production engineering experience
* Background in metal fabrication
* Lives commutable to Bournemouth
