Admissions Support Administrator - Bournemouth - Temp - £13.26 per hourA temporary Admissions Support Administrator is required for our client based in Bournemouth. This role is to join a busy admissions team and provide vital administrative support during a peak project period.What you will be doing:
- Managing a shared inbox and responding to applicant queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting key admissions processes such as DBS checks and Occupational Health checks
- Assisting with the organisation of student induction activities and enrolment processes
- Handling incoming enquiries from clearing applicants and providing relevant information
- Maintaining accurate records on the student database system
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate and use student record systems or similar databases
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of queries efficiently
- Experience with admissions processes is desirable, but a fast learner with attention to detail is equally valued
- Ability to follow processes accurately and work both independently and as part of a team
Hours and benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:00
