Admissions Support Administrator - Bournemouth - Temp - £13.26 per hourA temporary Admissions Support Administrator is required for our client based in Bournemouth. This role is to join a busy admissions team and provide vital administrative support during a peak project period.What you will be doing:

  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to applicant queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting key admissions processes such as DBS checks and Occupational Health checks
  • Assisting with the organisation of student induction activities and enrolment processes
  • Handling incoming enquiries from clearing applicants and providing relevant information
  • Maintaining accurate records on the student database system

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate and use student record systems or similar databases
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of queries efficiently
  • Experience with admissions processes is desirable, but a fast learner with attention to detail is equally valued
  • Ability to follow processes accurately and work both independently and as part of a team

Hours and benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:00
