Fast-paced environment, shaping policies and procedures and driving best practice across the firm.This is a great opportunity to make a true impact in a forward-thinking organisation, valying innovation, integrity and improvement.Why Join?As Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the legal and regulatory landscape, ensuring policies, procedures, and risk registers remain up to date while leading key accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across the business, working closely with senior leadership to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvementThe Role:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Compliance Team to ensure exceptional standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex compliance matters, helping the business confidently navigate legal requirements.
  • Keep policies, key documents, and risk registers up to date in line with the latest regulations.
  • Take ownership of Lexcel and CQS accreditations, ensuring smooth applications and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Risk & Operations to drive compliance-led improvements across the business.
  • Monitor and identify regulatory changes, implementing necessary updates and training teams accordingly.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance processes and compliance frameworks.
  • Deliver effective compliance training, ensuring employees remain informed and confident in their roles.
About you?
  • Proven experience in compliance management within a legal environment (Also open to a move from a qualified solicitor)
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly in legal compliance, AML, GDPR, and risk management.
  • Experience with Lexcel and CQS accreditations (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving.
