Project Manager - Digital POS Installations / Bournemouth / £40,000 to £50,000
Are you a natural organiser who loves seeing projects through from concept to completion? Do you enjoy the buzz of managing rollouts, leading installs on-site, and being the go-to person for clients? This Project Manager role gives you variety, ownership, and the chance to really shape how projects are delivered.
You'll be joining a growing technology and installation business, delivering digital POS solutions to well-known high street and fast-food brands. From planning multi-site rollouts to managing suppliers and leading install teams, you'll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to budget.
What you'll be doing:

Leading end-to-end POS installation projects across multiple customer sites

Managing schedules, budgets, and scope to keep everything on track

Acting as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated throughout

Coordinating internal teams, engineers, and third-party contractors

Overseeing site surveys, install readiness, and snagging processes

Monitoring progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project
What we're looking for:

Proven experience delivering installation projects (ideally tech, AV, or POS rollouts)

Strong knowledge of site-based installs and multi-location rollouts

Exposure to new product introductions or tech deployments

Experience working with procurement/supply chain to source kit for installs

Solid project management skills with a practical, hands-on approach

A confident communicator and problem-solver who can juggle multiple projects
