Whats the role?
Im working closely with an established Dorset based Estate Agency looking for a partner to look after their business in the Bournemouth area of Dorset.
The role involves all aspects of Estate Agency including business generation, winning instructions, negotiating property sales, agreeing offers and nurturing the sale through to completion.
Ideally the successful candidate will be an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager, Valuer/Lister or Senior Negotiator. HOWEVER successfully securing the role will be based on attitude to a large extent!

The company offer all the tools you need including marketing, in house photography, admin support, access to the property portals etc.
