Location: Bournemouth (parking available at the office)| 24,000 Starting Salary
Full Time - Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm
Immediate Start | Must Hold a Full Manual Driving Licence

We're working with a leading lettings agency that's looking to bring on a driven, enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator on a temp-to-perm basis, with an immediate start available. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make your mark in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting property viewings and liaising with prospective tenants
- Coordinating appointments, managing keys, and keeping systems up to date
- Learning the ropes of lettings legislation and best practice
- Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Delivering first-class service with a smile - in person, over the phone, and via email
What We're Looking For:
- A confident communicator with natural people skills
- Quick learner with initiative and energy
- A full UK manual driving licence is essential (you'll be out and about daily!)
- Someone who's looking to grow long-term in the property sector
