Property Manager - Bournemouth - Mon-Fri only - £35,000 PLUS commission - Bournemouth
Our client, a well-established, modern, independent lettings agency in based in central Bournemouth, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy lettings agency in Bournemouth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, which includes corporate, private and HMO clients.
- Liaise and build relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Use FixFlo to manage repair requests and updates
- Organise property inspections.
- Handle deposit returns and any disputes.
- Ensure legal compliance (gas safety, EICRs, etc.).
- Assist with property and client accounts.
- Handle occasional out-of-hours issues when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in property management (essential)
- ARLA Propertymark qualification (essential)
- FixFlo experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Confident using property management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Hours:
Monday - Friday - 9am-6pm (1 hour lunchbreak).
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
