Property Manager - Bournemouth - Mon-Fri only - £35,000 PLUS commission - Bournemouth

Our client, a well-established, modern, independent lettings agency in based in central Bournemouth, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy lettings agency in Bournemouth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, which includes corporate, private and HMO clients.
  • Liaise and build relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Arrange and oversee maintenance and repairs.
  • Use FixFlo to manage repair requests and updates
  • Organise property inspections.
  • Handle deposit returns and any disputes.
  • Ensure legal compliance (gas safety, EICRs, etc.).
  • Assist with property and client accounts.
  • Handle occasional out-of-hours issues when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management (essential)
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification (essential)
  • FixFlo experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Confident using property management software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Hours:
