Your Company:This is an opportunity for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and growing, real estate business, operating within the Bournemouth area. As a highly successful business, this poses an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team, to continue learning and developing, whilst hitting and exceeding targets. Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire sales process, from inception and the valuation stage through to the final offer and completion
  • Proactively seeking opportunities and prospecting new and existing clients
  • Undertaking property valuations
  • Managing property listings across various platforms, ensuring these are optimised and striving to attract a good number of potential buyers
  • Taking incoming queries by the phone, email or via walk-ins, handling all interactions in a professional manner
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their individual needs regarding property, ensuring their preferences are taken into consideration
  • Conducting property viewings to ensure the best and features and benefits are displayed and that properties are shown in an attractive viewpoint
  • Seeking opportunities to cross-sell any related services that are applicable such as lettings, conveyancing, removals and mortgages
  • Handling negotiations between buyers and sellers, with the aim of attaining a positive outcome always in mind
  • Liaising with solicitors or any other third parties to enable the smoothest of transactions
  • Keeping knowledge of the property markets and trends up to date and relevant
  • Supporting on administrative duties such as contracts, memorandums of sale and listings
  • Ensuring all work is fully compliant with any legislation or regulations
What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience within the residential property sales sector, with this experience ideally from either a senior or negotiator level role. Alongside this, it is paramount that applicants have excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong knowledge of the local property market is a must. The company is seeking applicants who are ambitious and proactive in nature, as well as being commercial focussed and able to identify and act upon potential opportunities. Good IT skills would be useful, including knowledge of CRM systems.  PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must have a full UK driving license and access to their own car. There will also be the expectation to work 1 Saturday every month for a few hours (9am-1pm).  What you will get in Return:For the successful candidate on target earnings are expected to be around £45,000, which will include a £30,000 base salary. The bonus and commission scheme for this position is very attractive. Alongside this there will be additional perks, good holiday allocation, pension and other incentives.
