Join our Client, a leading housing association dedicated to providing quality, affordable homes. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm and Lighting Tester to join their Fire and Security team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of their properties across Dorset and Hampshire.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Carry out routine compliance testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and automatic opening vents.
  • Log work carried out as per industry and company standards and guidelines.
  • Manage your time and work through the working day using our iPad-based software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-relevant training.
  • Uphold company values in all customer-facing interactions and maintain professional driving habits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Proficiency in using iPad-based software for logging and managing work tasks.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions.
