Location: Dorset- with travel to Devon and Somerset occasionally
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: Up to £37,128/year
Help create safer and more supportive communities in a specialist role tackling antisocial behaviour. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing complex cases and supporting housing teams with effective solutions.
Key Duties:
- Lead and manage antisocial behaviour casework, from early intervention to enforcement
- Provide expert advice, training, and coaching to frontline staff
- Build strong partnerships with residents, support services, and enforcement agencies
- Ensure best practice and compliance with legislation and safeguarding standards
- Deliver a trauma-informed approach that protects and supports vulnerable individuals
Essential Skills:
- Experience in ASB and housing management
- Ability and willing to travel
- Happy to have a DBS check
