Responsibilities:
- Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs
- To carry out minor roofing repairs to our properties
- Delivery of General Building / Roofing maintenance repairs / gutters / fascias / minor groundworks / minor brickwork
- As well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set
- To achieve quality in carrying out carpentry work and that you comply with our health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ qualified in a trade
- Full tool set
- Full driving licence
