SMSTS / SSSTS Mechanical (M&E) Project Manager

SMSTS / SSSTS Mechanical (M&E) Project Manager required to join a 1 - 1.5 years project in Hemel Hempstead area.

• Read, interpret, and relay complex electrical plans and drawings.
• Coordinate the entire project
• Set out project works according to contractual agreements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to discuss and solve issues related to electrical plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the progress of construction.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project accuracy and completion.

Must have:

• CSCS
• SMSTS / SSSTS
• at least 6 years of experience

Pay rate is 500 / day/ CIS .
