- Assist the Finance Manager in day-to-day finance operations
- Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain financial records and filing systems
- Handle Sage Payroll and Sage 50 operations (minimum 5 years’ experience required)
- Prepare and assist in the creation of management reports
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end procedures
- Perform general administrative and financial duties as required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience using Sage Payroll and Sage 50
- Strong understanding of finance processes and controls
- Experience in processing invoices and reconciling accounts
- Ability to produce and interpret financial reports
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude
- Driving Licence required due to the location.
