Based near Brackley, you’ll build your own pipeline, develop new customer sectors, and take ownership of projects from enquiry to installation — all with the backing of an agile, award-winning team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Seek, build and manage your own capital project sales pipeline
- Identify and develop new sectors, customer relationships and partnerships
- Take projects from first enquiry through to design, quotation, sale and successful installation
- Meet clients on site, present tailored solutions, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Manage timelines, budgets, and monthly reporting
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or project sales
- A consultative, intelligent approach to solution selling
- Confident communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation, organisation and genuine drive to build long-term partnerships
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally based within commuting distance of Brackley (or happy to travel regularly)
