Salary up to £32,000 based on experience + bonus of up to £6,000
The parent company is a US-founded home-services franchisor (40 yrs), UK-launched in 2010. Its six premium brands now span 330 locations and 4,000+ operatives.
One of its premium brands (our client) is a market-leading kitchen makeover/refurbishment specialist with 90 UK franchises, multi-award winning and highly regarded in the franchise sector and they are looking for a sales executive to join their team.
Purpose of the Role
Drive revenue by converting warm B2C leads-individuals who requested a quote but did not proceed-into booked home or showroom appointments, supporting franchisees and maximising sales conversion through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Essential
- Proven B2C telesales/sales-executive experience, with strong conversion track record
- Skilled in nurturing "warm" leads via calls, emails and multi-channel outreach
- Confident on the phone; resilient under rejection; excellent listening and objection-handling skills
- CRM-savvy: accurate pipeline management and data entry
- Strong organisational skills; ability to juggle multiple leads and appointments
- Proactive, self-motivated with "extra-mile" attitude
