About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Brackley. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to work within a professional environment, carrying out high-quality repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
The successful candidate will be confident in structural repairs, including JIG work, steel, bonding, and aluminium repairs, and will have the ability to repair and replace panels to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
路Carry out JIG work and structural repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
路Perform steel, bonding, and aluminium repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.
路Repair and replace panels, ensuring work is completed to industry-leading standards.
路Undertake filler repairs where required.
路Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
路Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
路Liaise with colleagues and management to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
路Proven experience as a Panel Beater, ideally within a high-volume or prestige environment.
路Strong knowledge and experience with JIG work, structural repairs, bonding, steel, and aluminium.
路Ability to complete panel repairs and replacements, including filler work.
路High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
路Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
路Team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach.
What We Offer
路Competitive base salary: 拢45,000 - 拢50,000 per annum.
