Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our Engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of complex civil engineering projects.What you'll be doing:This role supports the Engineering team, mitigating risks, reviewing documents (WPPs, ITPs), managing temporary works, providing technical support (SCEW, NCRs, TQs, FCRs, materials, drawings), and ensuring design changes are implemented correctly. Collaboration with multiple teams is key.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven Experience: A strong track record of working on major civil engineering projects and large infrastructure schemes.
  • Technical Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is essential.
  • Essential Qualifications: SMSTS and a valid CSCS card (White, White/Yellow, Red, Black, or Gold) are required.
  • Mobility: A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
