31 days holiday | Progression, perks, and purpose

You might not know us by name. But you will notice the impact of the work we do. We own our entire operational chain, which means our careers cover every corner of the business.

Right now, I'm looking for a Reliability Engineer to join the Brackley site, one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the UK. Why advanced? We’ve invested millions in technology and colleague facilities. And yes, it shows.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to engineering mind for your area. You’ll spot problems before they become crises. You’ll analyse trends, drive reliability projects, and make sure our equipment works as hard as we do. Your goal? Keep operations running, downtime low, and efficiency high.

  • Owning the reliability of your area’s equipment

  • Driving maintenance plans that actually make a difference

  • Collecting, analysing, and acting on downtime data

  • Supporting capital projects and new installations

  • Collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors

  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and thinking ahead

Who you are:

  • An engineering whiz with a qualification above L3 (degree, HNC, HND—if your experience is strong)

  • Experienced in maintenance or hungry to learn fast

  • Analytical, practical, and self-motivated

  • A communicator who can work solo or in a team

Nice-to-haves: CMMS experience, CAD knowledge, contractor management, project experience.

Why join us?
Because you want more than a job. You want a career. Here, you’ll find:

  • Up to £40,000 DOE

  • 31 days holiday

  • Pension & life assurance

  • Staff perks like cashback, cinema discounts, and more

  • Free parking and subsidised canteen

  • A culture that recognises achievement and invests in your growth
