Your Role as a Sales Advisor:

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Sales Advisor to play a key role in their Sales team including extensive liaison with customers, preparing and processing sales orders and quotations, assisting with sales presentations and updating sales records. The role will also involve close collaboration with the stores, manufacturing, and finance teams on sales-related tasks.

A typical day as a Sales Advisor:

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and face to face
  • Accurately identify products that meet the customer’s specifications and requirements
  • Respond to technical product enquiries and support the sales process
  • Maintain customer records and assist with order processing
  • Complete tasks with attention to detail and see them through to completion
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team

We’re keen to speak to Sales Advisor with:

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Confident communicator via telephone, email, and in person
  • Key skills to build and maintain solid, professional, customer relationships
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to stay on task and complete work to a high standard
  • A keen interest in cars and/or motorsport is preferable
  • Knowledge of how a vehicle/engine works would be advantageous but not essential
  • A collaborative ‘One Team’ mindset.
  • A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • A robust work ethic.
