Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams
  • Overseeing site management activities and ensuring adherence to project specifications
  • Collaborating with designers to develop and review engineering plans
  • Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Technical Lead to ensure project milestones are met
  • Managing and mentoring a team, including consultants and assistant engineering managers
  • Conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Reviewing and approving technical documents and drawings
  • Facilitating communication between various stakeholders to ensure project success


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical support, site management, and design
  • Background in large infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on civil infrastructure
  • Ability to provide clear and effective technical guidance
  • Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be onsite 5 days a week, with potential flexibility for remote work on Fridays
