This is a high growth niche ecom retailer and looking for a strategic Operations Director to lead its distribution and fulfilment operations.
You'll drive a major warehouse relocation, introduce automation, and develop a high-performing team to deliver service excellence, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end operations strategy and execution
- Oversee warehouse relocation and automation projects
- Manage fulfilment centre P&L and performance KPIs
- Develop and coach a strong ops team
- Optimise carrier relationships and supply chain costs
