Job Duties:
- Performing composite laminating tasks in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Prepping and cutting composite materials to required dimensions
- Applying resins and adhesives to composite materials
- Operating machinery and tools related to composite laminating
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in composite laminating within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of composite materials and their properties
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
