What you'll be doing:

• Leading and managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of highways, drainage, and earthworks.
• Overseeing the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Implementing and maintaining strict health and safety protocols on site.
• Liaising with HS2 Ltd representatives, project stakeholders, and external bodies.
• Managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve project goals.
• Monitoring progress, reporting on performance, and resolving any issues promptly.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience as a Site Agent on large-scale civil engineering projects, with a demonstrable focus on highways, drainage, and earthworks.
• Proven track record of working on HS2 or similar high-profile infrastructure projects.
• A strong understanding of construction techniques, health and safety regulations, and quality control processes relevant to the disciplines mentioned.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
