Interaction Recruitment are supporting our Automotive client with their hiring for an experienced and skilled Automotive Paint Sprayer with a passion for flawless finishes and attention to detail? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their refinishing department and contribute to the high standards their customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces (masking, sanding, degreasing, priming) to showroom standards.
  • Apply base coats, clear coats, and specialist finishes using professional spray booths.
  • Perform panel blending, spot repairs, and full resprays with precision.
  • Inspect completed work for colour accuracy and finish quality; carry out refinements as needed.
  • Maintain spray guns, booths, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in automotive paint spraying or a similar refinishing role.
  • Strong knowledge of preparation, masking, colour matching, and finishing techniques.
  • Confident using spray guns, air tools, and refinishing equipment.
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Able to follow job cards and instructions accurately.
  • A reliable team player with strong communication skills.
