Workchain is currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our client in Brackley, NN13 on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Transport Manager this positions primary responsibility is to maintain a large fleet of containers and lifters with in house repairs and maintenance.

Immediate interviews and starts are available.

The role will be working on a 4 on 4 off basis, 6.00am to 6.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Metal fabrication and welding of containers and lifting equipment

Operate various hand tools to fabricate metal components

Perform welding maintenance and repairs

Conduct regular maintenance on various pieces of equipment

Quality control on fabrication processes

Key Experience:

Welding and Fabrication

Have an experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally metalwork

Have worked within a fabrication or workshop environment

Be able to work as part of a maintenance team

Qualifications:

Ideally hold current welding certificates, or a basic qualification in any Engineering discipline

Hours of work are on a 4 on 4 off basis, 6.00am to 6.00pm.

The starting salary is 35kpa, with excellent company benefits.
