About the Role:As a key member of this finance team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and wider business to ensure robust financial management and forecasting.?? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and present a monthly management reporting pack for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee cash flow management and provide insightful forecasting.
- Support budgeting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
? About You:
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Proven experience in a similar management accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
