Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to join their fast-paced and growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small, close-knit team with big ambitions and rapid growth plans.
This role will see you working alongside two other Accounts Assistants and reporting to the Accounts Manager. You'll be based in a friendly, supportive environment where you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of finance tasks.
Key Requirements:Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (essential)
A confident all-rounder, eager to learn and develop new skills
Familiarity with credit control is a strong advantage
Able to manage workloads and remain flexible in a fast-paced, evolving setting
A team player with strong communication skills who thrives in small business culture
Immediate availability is a plus - Temp to Perm option available
The Role:Working on the OPAR system (full training provided)
Supporting with credit control, invoicing, and transaction processing
Assisting with reconciliations and general day-to-day finance tasks
Playing an active role in month-end processes and supporting the finance team
