Sonic Summary

Our client, a leading affordable housing provider, is seeking several multi-trade professionals for their repairs and voids maintenance teams.
This is a 12-week temp to perm position that requires candidates to undertake routine domestic maintenance repairs in various trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Candidates should possess the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage their own workload effectively, while also being comfortable using hand-held electronic devices.
A full driving license and NVQ qualification or equivalent experience are essential, along with ideally having previous work experience in the social housing environment.
The positions are based in Bracknell and the surrounding areas, with tools and vehicle support available if needed; salary details are not specified.

Our client, a leading affordable housing provider are seeking several new multi trade people to join their established repairs and voids maintenance teams for a 12 week temp to perm position

Ideally you will be able to undertake a range of routine domestic maintenance repairs including the following trades: Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Joinery, Painting/Decorating, Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling and Roofing.

You will need the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload to achieve deadlines.

You will have the ability to effectively use hand-held electronic devices.

All roles will be covering Bracknell and local surrounds

If you do not have your own vehicle and tools, these can be supplied

It is essential / desirable you have the following criteria:

Time Served / NVQ Qualified or equivalent
Full driving licence
Ideally previous work experience on domestic properties within the social housing environment
