Our client, a well-established and growing business near Bracknell, is seeking a Global Head of Sales and Marketing to lead their commercial strategy and accelerate growth across key markets.

As Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll take ownership of the organisation's revenue strategy, driving market expansion and building a high-performing sales and marketing team. This is a hands-on leadership role perfectly suited to someone who thrives in growth environments and can combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a high-impact sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build strong relationships with distributors
  • Lead major bids, negotiations and commercial partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Operations to drive successful product launches
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
