We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our staff dining kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to a vibrant workplace community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a structured schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, while still having opportunities for paid overtime during special events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the kitchen operation day-to-day
- Creating and executing nutritious, appealing breakfast and lunch menus
- Working closely with a small, dedicated team
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Managing stock, ordering, and ensuring minimal food waste
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for creating great food with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen health regulations
