Are you an ambitious, creative Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering world-class cuisine in a business dining environment? We're seeking a dynamic and accomplished Head Chef to lead the culinary offering at a flagship corporate site in Bracknell, catering to an international client with exceptionally high standards.

About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to oversee as the Head Chef, the kitchen of an international client, who has a passion for food. This is a fast - paced, B&I site with extensive hospitaity where culinary excellence meets innovation and precision. As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from modern, high-end staff dining to bespoke hospitality and VIP events. You'll be responsible for menu development, team leadership, operational excellence, and upholding the highest levels of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a talented kitchen brigade, inspiring and mentoring to achieve excellence daily.

  • Design and deliver seasonal, globally inspired menus using fresh, sustainable ingredients.

  • Ensure flawless execution of VIP events and executive hospitality.

  • Maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.

  • Build strong client relationships, adapting to diverse cultural and dietary expectations.

  • Manage stock, food costs, and kitchen budgets efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-end corporate, hotel, or fine dining environments.

  • Passion for international cuisine and contemporary presentation.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  • A positive, proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.

  • Relevant culinary qualifications and advanced food hygiene certification.
