Are you a talented and motivated chef with a passion for food and a background in Business & Industry (B&I) catering? We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team in Bracknell.

What We're Looking For:
- A passionate Sous Chef with experience in B&I catering
- A natural leader who always leads by example
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine love for creating high-quality, delicious food
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 2 or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
- NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role within a B&I setting is highly desirable
Your Role:
- Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Mentor and support junior kitchen staff
- Contribute to menu planning and innovation using fresh, seasonal ingredients
