My client, a busy arts & community venue in Bracknell, is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
The venue operates over seven days and currently run 5 out of 7 shifts. The kitchen operates a light breakfast offer, lunch and dinner. The kitchen opens at 12pm and closes at 8pm Monday to Saturday and closes at 5pm on a Sunday. However, shifts start at around 9am.
Salary for the Sous Chef is around £35,000 plus tips.
My client is looking for someone to interview and trial ASAP with a view to starting the role by mid-March.
