Salary: £26,000 (Plus commission)

My client is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their team, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing furnishing brand known for style, innovation, and a customer-first mindset. As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities helping customers transform their homes with stylish, quality furniture.

Working Hours

Full-time position (Sunday to Thursday)

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

This is a hybrid role of one work-from-home day per week (Monday - Thursday), with the remainder spent in their vibrant and collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships by guiding customers through their interior and furniture choices with confidence and expertise

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication across phone, email, live chat, and in-person showroom interactions

Follow up on warm leads from web enquiries and incomplete orders

Make outbound calls to engage with potential customers from Swatch requests

Manage and respond to online chat and social media messages professionally and promptly

Provide tailored advice based on customer requirements, overcoming objections and supporting them through to purchase

Deliver accurate cost calculations and clear pricing information to aid buying decisions

Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets (ideally)

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Comfortable with both face-to-face and digital sales environments

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

A confident, energetic, and self-motivated approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company is beneficial

Education & Qualifications

GCSE in Maths and English
