About the Role:
We are seeking a Damp and Mould Operative for our client in social housing. This position involves identifying and addressing damp and mould issues to ensure healthy living conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections for damp and mould.
- Implement treatments and repairs.
- Educate residents on prevention.
- Document assessments and actions.
Requirements:
- Experience in damp and mould remediation.
- Knowledge of building materials and moisture control.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel.
- CSCS
