Maternity Cover with potential to go permanent - June/July Start - Office-Based with parking - 9am to 5.30pm M-FWe’re looking for a proactive and technically minded Aftersales Executive to join a friendly, close-knit team in a successful service-focused business near Bracknell.  This is a 9–12 month maternity contract with genuine potential to go permanent.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be part of the technical support team, handling customer queries, investigating issues, and ensuring tickets are resolved through to completion. It’s a busy, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working across teams.Handle all aspects of inbound and outbound customer contact. 
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical queries
  • Identify, escalate, and track customer complaints
  • Maintain customer records via bespoke systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and field sales engineers
  • Generate reports 
  • Oversee training systems, stock performance and warranties
  • Cross-train in other departments (e.g. Sales Order Processing)
  • General admin and documentation
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service experience in a service environment 
  • Technical mindset and confidence interpreting engineer job sheets
  • Strong communicator, analytical and decisive
  • Good MS Office & Excel skills
  • UK driving licence required
This is an office based role, so please only apply if you are looking for a 9-5.30 office based role and live within 10-12 miles. Early finish on Fridays.
