- Investigate and resolve complex technical queries
- Identify, escalate, and track customer complaints
- Maintain customer records via bespoke systems
- Liaise with internal teams and field sales engineers
- Generate reportsÂ
- Oversee training systems, stock performance and warranties
- Cross-train in other departments (e.g. Sales Order Processing)
- General admin and documentation
- Strong customer service experience in a service environmentÂ
- Technical mindset and confidence interpreting engineer job sheets
- Strong communicator, analytical and decisive
- Good MS Office & Excel skills
- UK driving licence required
