We're looking for a skilled and reliable Decorator to join our dedicated Damp and Mould Team at a well-respected housing association. You'll be working across Bracknell, Slough, Ascot, Windsor, and Staines, helping us to improve the quality and safety of our residents' homes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out mould treatments in customers' homes

  • Conduct ventilation surveys to identify underlying issues

  • Complete make-good decoration following treatment work (e.g. repainting, patch repairs)

  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

  • Deliver excellent customer service, respecting the homes and privacy of our residents

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in painting and decorating

  • Basic understanding of damp and mould treatment techniques (training can be provided)

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
