In this field-based role, you’ll carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations in customers’ homes – ensuring work is completed quickly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.What you'll be doing:
  • Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across domestic properties
  • Providing exceptional service while representing our team in a professional and friendly manner
  • Completing works to industry standards with a focus on first-time fix
  • Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota (full driving licence required)
What we’re looking for:
  • Up-to-date 18th Edition qualification (essential)
  • Knowledge of social housing (advantageous)
  • Experience using NICEIC certification software or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
