We are seeking a Marketing graduate with experience in events management to join our client's global and dynamic team. A super exciting opportunity to be fully involved in the event coordination process for both in-person and virtual events.

Job Title: Marketing & Events Executive

Location: Bracknell, with occasional travel

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, company-hosted events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate all logistics for in-person events, from vendor coordination to hotel bookings, exhibition setup, and on-the-ground event management, ensuring flawless execution and seamless attendee experiences.
  • Organise and manage virtual webinars, handling all technical aspects such as platform setup, content coordination, rehearsal runs with presenters, live coordination, and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create and deliver event content, ensuring that both in-person and virtual events are aligned with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Work with the demand generation team to track event leads and analyse attendee engagement to provide insights.
  • Play a key role in managing the content and promotional strategy for events, ensuring the right audience is targeted and engaged through email campaigns, social media promotions, and more.
  • Oversee budget management for events, including coordinating purchase orders and processing invoices related to event expenses.
  • Support social media initiatives across the region, sharing highlights and promoting upcoming events to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content, such as video campaigns and event testimonials, to amplify the success and reach of events.

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree-qualified in Marketing or a similar field
  • Proven experience in event marketing, including organising both virtual and in-person events.
  • Proven expertise in managing virtual webinars, including platform management, content coordination, live event support, and reporting.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple events and logistics simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across teams and engage with external partners.
