Our client is a growing financial services business based in Bracknell who seek to hire Financial Reporting Analyst. The role will suit a progressive and technically strong ACA/ ACCA Accountant looking for a progressive PE business where they can expand and develop their current skills.Responsibilities:• Assisting in preparing statutory accounts for SPV's/warehouses and consolidated group accounts• Preparing regulatory returns (MLAR/MQ/MM) on a monthly/quarterly basis• Researching new disclosures and using accounting standards for papers/accounts• Writing accounting memo's for newly incorporated warehouses/SPV's• Preparing and delivering accurate and timely information to auditors• Liaising with accounts payable to ensure purchase ordered are raised/receipted correctly• Corporation tax accrual-analysis of actuals vs prior year and budget• Working with external tax specialists• Work effectively at team level to support the team so that it meets its objectives and goals on a day to day basis• Provide cover within the team during holidays/absences• Manage relationships within the business as required to deliver specific role accountabilities• Assisting with many ad-hoc aspects that ariseA salary of £55,000-£65,000 is on offer plus benefits
