This pivotal role will help shape and drive commercial strategy and performance, playing a key part in supporting operational and financial decision-making within a complex care services environment.Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial evaluations for tenders and bids, ensuring competitive pricing and margin protection.
Produce and present analytical reviews of profitability for contracts and client agreements
Partner with operational teams to resolve commercial queries and improve gross margin performance.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

About You:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or a qualified by experience candidate with a relevant background
