The role reports to the Financial Controller, managing a small team responsible for driving the financial integrity, efficiency, and accountability across multiple entitiesDuties include,Leading and developing a team of finance professionals, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of financial reporting across a number of global entitiesOwnership of the monthly financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX complianceOverseeing the statutory financial statement preparation under UK GAAP (FRS 102)Project managing external auditsProcess Improvement, identifying and implementing enhancements to increase efficiencyThe role requires a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical skills including statutory reporting/financial statements. Experience of working for a large corporate business is preferred and in UK/US GAAP.The role manages a team so proven experience in leadership is essential.The role is paying £75000 + bonus + benefits and is based in Bracknell with hybrid working
