Key Responsibilities
Implement and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide ongoing user support, guidance, and training to maximise system adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE.
Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 CE developments and industry trends.
