To keep up with our rapid growth, we're looking for an experienced and technically-minded IT Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our internal systems and platforms - from order management and inventory to payment gateways and CRM tools.



Your Role

As our IT Product Manager, you'll be the driver behind the systems that power our eCommerce engine. You'll collaborate across engineering, operations, logistics, customer support, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable technology solutions that support our business goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle for internal IT and platform systems that support eCommerce operations

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements based on stakeholder needs

  • Collaborate with development teams to build and integrate systems

  • Optimize and automate backend workflows

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all IT products

  • Collect user feedback and data to guide product improvements and troubleshooting

  • Ensure systems meet compliance requirements
