We are seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to join a well-established name in the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry. Candidates must be qualified and will need to be able to demonstrate robust technical knowledge and hands-on experience. The role will involve travel across the South East and South Central to various client sites and will require the candidate to adhere to industry compliance guidelines and personal targets. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems
- Excellent understanding of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
- Qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Comfortable using IT software
- Hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Conducting legionella risk assessments across a mixed portfolio of commercial, local authority and residential client sites
- Working on predominantly domestic hot & cold water systems
- Writing detailed legionella risk assessment reports
- Producing detailed schematic drawings
- Collecting water samples and taking temperature monitoring
- Advising clients on identified risks and recommended remedial actions to undertake
- Maintaining high standards of service for clients
