Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice on all aspects of residential property law.
- Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
- Conduct detailed due diligence and property searches to identify potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in property law and best practices to provide the most relevant guidance.
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
- In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience using case management systems is advantageous but not essential.
