Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager to oversee and coordinate the internal works on a large-scale project in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of internal fit-out and finishing stages, managing subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations relating to internal works (fit-out, finishes, M&E coordination, snagging).

  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to specification, on time, and within budget.

  • Monitor progress, conduct regular inspections, and report to the Project/Construction Manager.

  • Enforce site health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays.

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, site teams, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure quality control and oversee snagging/defect management through to handover.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.

  • Strong background in fit-out and finishing trades.

  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred).

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

  • CSCS card (Black/Gold ideally).

  • First Aid certification (preferred).
