Our client is recruiting for a candidate who has either a passion or keen interest in E-commerce, including a bit of a flair for photography.
The job’s main purpose is to support the highly successful Ecommerce team, ensuring that products and captured on camera, to a high quality, uploaded onto the website and prices accurately, as well as described/advertised accurately.
Key duties include:
- Primary point of contact for Ecommerce customers – via LiveChat, phone and email
- Assisting with creating of email campaigns
- Updating customer details on system
- Advertise full product range and inventory on company website
- Develop product specifications
- Manage photography of new products
- Assist with content creation on website
- Process orders, returns and refunds.
- General ad hoc admin tasks
To be considered you must have
- Good IT skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
