We are on the lookout for a dynamic and data-savvy Ecommerce Manager to join our client's growing team, with a focus on harnessing the power of TikTok's Ecommerce platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital storefront for multiple forward-thinking client brands, tapping into what's trending, what's converting, and where the next big opportunity lies!

You'll be the go-to person for analysing platform performance, identifying sales trends, and steering promotional strategies - using insights to guide future campaign direction and drive growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong marketing background, a deep understanding of social commerce, and a natural flair for staying ahead of fast-moving social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, promoting innovation in areas such as AI-driven analytics, CGI content creation, and automated marketing tools
  • Develop and execute data-led digital campaigns across social, ecommerce and retail platforms
  • Use performance insights to continuously optimise campaign strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PR and Supply Chain to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
  • Manage key retail and brand relationships, overseeing campaign planning and product to enhance partner engagement
  • Contribute to social commerce growth, particularly through TikTok Shop strategy development in partnership with external agencies and internal teams
  • Create and maintain digital assets and presentations that translate data and strategy into actionable insights for stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in digital and ecommerce marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, CGI content creation, and programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience using data to inform strategy and drive performance
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of TikTok Shop
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey data insights and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Adaptable and forward-thinking, with a passion for digital innovation and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
