Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for our client based in Bracknell.

Role: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Bracknell - Hybrid

Hourly Rate: 14ph to 15ph depending on experience

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Assignment Start/Length: Starting 9th June 2025, until the end of September/Middle of October

This role is hybrid, and typical office days are Tuesday and Thursday. Occasionally you will be required in the office more, to attend meetings etc. The office is open five days a week, for those who would prefer to go to the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee online and live events, liaising with suppliers and venues, collaborating with sales teams, and managing logistics and budgets.
  • Internal Communications: Utilise marketing tools to manage communications, including webinars and newsletters.
  • Content Management: Maintain and curate content on our company intranet (SharePoint), ensuring it aligns with business needs.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work closely with key contacts to implement sales promotions and marketing programmes from conception to execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular status reports on marketing efforts and offer insights for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing role is desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic to intermediate HTML.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying trends and root causes.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work autonomously.
